Seth Siegel-Gardner

Since 1998 Seth has cooked for restaruants as diverse as Alto, Aquavit, C-House and Gordon Ramsay-New York, The Fat Duck and Viajante. For seven years Seth owned and operated the Pass and Provisions restaurant in Houston, Texas. Pass and Provisions won Best New Restaurant, Bon Appetit and Texas Monthly, received six James Beard Foundation nominations, and was voted number one restaurant by the Houston Chronicle. He recently moved to Marfa with his wife and two children, and is thrilled to embark on this next adventure.
